Still trying to crack the code on CF. Been at it for 6 months and have seen good results. My problem / question is I am guilty of not enough heavy lift low rep days. I got all caught up in the max rep station to station thing and love it. IN A NUTSHELL. Would I be wrong with a work out like this once every 4 days. Max bench 1 1 1 1 1 1 Max squat 1 1 1 1 1 1 Max push press 1 1 1 1 1 1 Max deadlift 1 1 1 1 1 1 Max weighted pull up 1 1 1 1 1 1 I welcome any feedback. I am hitting it hard the 3 days before this heavy day with posted WOD'S. I try and get 2 rest days in per week Retired Master Chief and not to proud to admit, I am still learning. |
