I have been a lurker on the site for awhile, incorporating the WOD mixed with alot of BW exercises. Just got off a six month deployment where all I did was BW with a group of EOD that led a PT for everyone. This did help build up a good base of strength. I am now going at Crossfit fully, the change in workouts really helps the break the monotony of a "regular" routine. This site is more than helpful, and the FAQ and exercise demo really does help out with answering questions.
I am 6'3", 234 lbs. Work as a flight medic in the Navy, so this is a perfect workout for me. Everyone seems really helpful and nice, and I do look forward to interacting more with everyone.
