Crossfitters in NJ

I am wondering about other crossfitters in NJ. I train primarily in North Brunswick. I attended a Crossfit trainers cert about 2 years ago. I'm hoping to make it out for an update soon.

Mike: You know I'm still here :biggrin:.

I train at the Somerset Valley YMCA (Somerville). A *great* CF-friendly gym, at least at 8 a.m. weekdays. Mike, you (or any others) are welcome to join me.

There's about 33 or so registered members with NJ or "New Jersey" as their residence. Hopefully, some will come out of the woodwork.

I train at home or in a park in Little Silver on the Jersey shore. Attended the CF cert course last year.

Hey guys, I'm from NJ but I'm stationed in WA for now. When I'm home I train at NYSC - Matawan, where I was a personal trainer. The gym is CrossFit-friendly for the most part.
