Brand New

A few qestions from one who started Monday. If you can't do it all (the perscribed # of reps) do as many as you can, right? Does, 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 mean seven reps? As in today's WOD.
Thanks,
Joe

Re: Brand New

Have you read the FAQ? You really should before doing any CF. Your questions are answered there.

Joe, it is seven singles done in either a ladder until you hit the max for today or fail, second option would be warm-up to some weight (let's say 80% of your 1 RM) and then perform all 7 singles with the same weight.
