Running improvements!

Got a good testimonial I discovered by accident while perusing my log looking for which Level II benchmarks I've hit. Back at the beginning of May when I did 'Murph' my time running to the gym (1 mile) was 8:00, and 12:00 running home (The run there is mostly downhill, so obviously the opposite going home, hence the disparity, on top of the 100 pullups/200 pushups/300 squats)...

Then on 6/18 I did a normal WOD at the gym, but I ran to and from the gym at either end of it. did the run there in 6:31, and the run home in 9:06! The WOD I did was the recent one with 50 double-unders (subbed tuck jumps), 50 walking lunges and 50 burpees, bracketed and interspersed with sets of 50 sit-ups, so my leg fatigue level on the run home was similar. So, 1:30 off my time running a downhill mile fresh, and almost 3:00 off my time running an uphill mile while fatigued, in a month and a half!
