OKAY OKAY... No more apologies.

As if my plate wasn't full enough, I adopted two Tibetan Spaniels. I named them Roxie (right) and Joanie (left). Photo attached.

After too much time off... I was back in the gym today.

Thursday AM: WOD
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

I made it 9 rounds plus 8 pull-ups. Total 53 pull-ups. Not too shabby for someone out of shape.

7 muscle ups
21 burpees

Ryan Scaled for the Pack(the version I did)
5 rounds for time
5 seated muscle ups
15 burpees

Time- 13:23

*I struggled through the burpees. I am so out of shape

But you did it anyway! Good for you! I sucked at EVERYTHING a couple months ago when things were crazy for both affiliates... and in life. Sometimes you just have to do what you can... And you're very good at that. Keep it up, V! And don't forget to have fun sometimes...

The jump ropes at my gym suck, so I subbed tuck jumps for double unders.

My Version
Tuck Jumps for 2 minutes (40 reps)
Sit-up for 2 minutes (40 reps)
Tuck Jumps for 90 seconds (27 reps)
Sit-up for 90 seconds (24 reps)
Tuck Jumps for 1-minute (21 reps)
Sit-up for 1-minute (17 reps)
Tuck Jumps for 30 seconds (13 reps)
Sit-up for 30 seconds (9 reps)

Total 101/90

Time - 21:14 *** This is an estimate. I didn't realize that my stop watch wasn't running until the halfway through the second round of walking lunges. From that point to the end took me 17:14, so I just added 4 minutes based on the music I was listening to during the first round. I think my time was faster, but at least this will motivate me to crush it next time.
