Anyone used a "calories burned" device?

Just curious if anyone has tried one of the devices that determines calories burned. They seem pretty sophisticated.

I've been wondering how many are burned in something like a 10min AMRAP vs 30min of SS Cardio, etc.

Re: Anyone used a "calories burned" device?

I wear a Nike FuelBand, but it is probably the most inaccurate way to measure calorie burn.
