Hi all,
Looking for advice was training doing high intensity sprints with deceleration to acclereation and some lateral slides. Following days knees were a bit sore then I went training few days later with team and fine all through but following day couldnt bend down without severe pain in knee its slowly thawing out. fine when deadlift ok with straight jogging cycling rowing hurt it.
any advice besides physio and rest would be appreciated i am doing leg extensions and bodyweight squats against wall and they are helping it.
