Regarding the elbow issues, I am totally sold on the reverse wrist curls. Those are exactly what is needed for the "golfer's elbow" issue. Working with 12lb dumbbells, I have gone a long way to correcting an imbalance. I'm seeing visible muscular improvement in the outside of my forearms and my grip has noticeably improved. I very rarely feel any sensation in the elbow, and even then it feels like a faint tightness more than pain.

Yeah, with injuries there's almost always an imbalance somewhere affecting it negatively..

Plus the antagonist work on the reverse curls helps to inhibit the muscles on the other side which are yanking on your tendon and helping to cause the tendonitis
