Mustard and hummus are two of my favorites. If you are paleo then mustard, toss in some garlic, or whatever yo like for flavoring.

Why?

Anyways ...
You could always just make a salad instead of a sandwhich. I sometimes use the tuna packed in EVOO and then throw on some EVOO and vinegar. All of this on top of broccoli, greens (your choice), artichoke hearts and olives makes a great salad!

Re: tuna fish

I'll second the hummus vote.

It doesn't look very good but the taste makes up for it.

Re: tuna fish

franks hot sauce.

You can also make your own mayo with EVOO just run a search.

Or I like making tuna burgers. I usually grate some broccoli or zucchini, mix with tuna, an egg and some seasonings and throw it on the george. Top with whatever makes you happy.

Same here- I dump a can of tuna into a bowl, throw in about the same amount of salsa, splash of hot sauce, mix well and serve on a bed of greens (or at least I do) and top with extra virgin olive oil. Simple, delicious.
