We've all seen the" 300 "WO right?

I know we have all seen and tried the now famous 300 workout. Not much to for the average Crossfitter , right? It was one of the first WO's of it's type hat I tried and the last time I gave it a whirl for the hell of it I got it done in 15:16. Which i though was pretty good. I'm sure their are some folks on here that could blow that away. Today I decided to try a "heavy 300". I did the same WO just packed on some weight as follows:

25 pullups (52lb kettlebell around waist)
50 deadlifts 225lbs
50 ring push ups. ( feet same hight as hands)
50 box jumps 24 in box
50 floor wipers 225lbs
50 one armed clean and press (52lb kettlebell) these became C+J's
25 pullups body weight only

That was a rough one but I got it done in 35 minutes. Don't really know if thats good or not since I have nothing to compare it to.

I did the basic in 18:25...I pulled my back halfway thru, so that held me back. Heavy 300 sounds awesome tho

I love the fact that you said, "I pulled my back HALF way through". Which means you still finished anyway, and with a pretty quick time. Thats awesome.

How about we come up with a more challenging, more CF-ey "300" workout?

No, today was a rest day. I just didn't feel like resting LOL.

I don't know . I think the heavy 300 is pretty CF worthy.
