this morning:
Strength
1. 5x1 snatch (full squat) @ 90% of heaviest ever. Rest 1:30 (175#)
2a. 3x3 snatch balance same weight as above. Rest 1:00 (175#)
2b. 3x5 good mornings (heavy). Rest 1:00 (175#)

Conditioning
5 rounds for time of
15 wall ball 20/14
15 kettlebell swing 70/55 (Russian style-eye level)

1. 7x1 clean and jerk @85% of best ever. Rest exactly :45. (215)
2a. 5x3 clean pulls @ 115%. Rest 1:00. (295)
2b. 50' plate push (45#). Rest 1:00.

Today my back has finally healed enough to pull over 4 bills!

Today:
1. Find 1 RM deadlift (405 PR for recent years!)
2a. Max effort deadhang pullups. Rest 1:00 10/9/6/5/5
2b. 5x5 tempo (3 down, 3 up) ring dips. Rest 1:00 5/5/5/5/5

20 minutes practice of handstand walking

This AM:
1. take 15 minutes to establish 1 RM jerk (245)
2. 3x3 front squat 75% of 1RM. Rest 2 minutes b/t efforts. (215)

conditioning
50 pullups
10 front squats @200
50 box jumps 24"
10 squat cleans @200
50 burpees
10 power clean and jerks @200

recap:
for the pullups, I knew that I would not not do 50 straight so I partitioned them into 5x10. The front squats caught me off guard so I partitioned them into 4,3,3. The box jumps no break, did them in jump up, step down fashion.
The squat cleans all singles . The burpees were paced well, took a small break at 35 and then finished them off. With all of the work a relatively light clean and jerk became a bear so all singles of course took me about 8 minutes...good workout.

Few unexpected days off...whaddya gonna do?
This AM, had a short time so did 5x1 @90% of best Clean and jerk. Messed up on my "meathead math" and did 3x1 @ 235 (should have been 225, and 2x1 at 225, with 1:30 rest in between. Finished off with 3x3 @185 of push press....
