row sub for 800m run

doing michael , raining outside don't want to use tread, have rower and don't know how far to sub for 800n run.

the conversion is usually 400m run = 500m row, so an 800m run's a 1000m row

BUT, the other "correct answer" is:

for your first round, row for as long as it takes you to run 800m normally. remember whatever that distance is, and row that same distance for the other rounds.

the 4/5 ratio is way easier though
