June 28 WOD

Don't know how any one else did, but I am not very coordinated with duble unders so I did Tuck Jumps instead and I don't have rings so I had to do 135 parrelle bar dips instead.

first of all I pucked

and I finished the WO in 45 min
I feel horrable (but a good horrable)

How did everybody else do?

Yeah, but a lot of them just put down their time and that's it.

Re: June 28 WOD

Well, that (the comments section) and the Workout Logs forum here are where WOD performances typically get posted.

Whether I agree or not, that was funny.

Re: June 28 WOD

I'll bite.

As Rx'd 23:30

The cleans were by far the worst. I started them at 1:05 and finished around 16 minutes. Wow, that's really pathetic now that I look at it...Uff! Anywho, the ring dips weren't too bad until the last 15 or so, where I was reduced to sets of 5s, 4s, and 3s. Surprisingly, the DUs came together on the last 30 or so: something to be said for anger developing better focus.

The biggest issue for me was that I did 2 WODs the day before: the 800m, KB swings, thrusters, pull-ups WOD in the morning then another one in the evening. I really hadn't intended to, but 2 guys I know wanted to start CrossFitting and 1 of them didn't show up in the evening. I couldn't let the 1 guy do his first WOD alone. The WOD we did was AMRAP in 10-min of: 5 pull-ups (on a crappy dip/pullup station that would tip over every time that I tried to kip), 10 "ammo can" thrusters (25-lbs), and 15 air-squats. I finished 11 + 5 pull-ups, but my legs were SHOT. Needless to say, I did WAAAY too many thrusters and squats in less than 24-hours. I still can't walk right. UGH.
