After finding this site I have been ignited.
I realise I really want to open a crossfit gym in the uk.
It will be so much better than my current job and probably can earn more money from it so it's a win win situation.

my 3 goals for the moment are:
-Improve my body functionality crossfit style(strength, stamina, flexibility etc)
-train in martial arts regular(improve in every area)
-Open a crossfit gym in London which will enable me to get out of my dead end job and into one which is more fulfilling and also earn more money(even if I earn the same money it will be much better doing something more enjoyable)

What do I need to be able to open a crossfit gym? if someone could point me in the right direction it would be great

thank you

As a starting point CFJ #1 and #35, and spend an unhealthy amount of time here on the site and learn. The journals are a must.

Motivation, a CFJ subscription and tiger balm would be my suggestions.

Seral, I would agree with the other people in that it really just boils down to perspiration and inspiration. Some days it takes a lot of both. There is already a Crossfit London, you should talk to them and see how they did it.
