Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

For the wod on 11/26...again is this on the "murph" we go through without a rest....also, are the squats just with body weight?

well....its for time so i guess you could rest if you wanted to...but your time will suffer..

and yeah the squats are bodyweight

Murph is for time, resting kills your time more than anything else. This WOD is generally done one of two ways:

"Angie" style - do all 100 pullups before moving to pushups. Do all 200 pushups, etc.

"Cindy" style - smaller sets of each 3 exercises, repeating the sets until completed, e.g. 20 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats.

Squats are bodyweight.
