This was a fun workout, max. # of rounds in 20 minutes of:
5 one-arm push-ups (L & R)
5 Ring Flys
20 kettlebell swings with a 20kg/44lb KB
Got 5 rounds and headed into 6, this might not seem too hard for the senior CrossFitters, but it did me in.
However, I did manage one rep. of C&J with a 92 lb. home-made medicine ball at the end.
That was it for me!
