I know the general opinion on multi-vitamins is that due to the fact that they are synthetic that your body will not absorb them, so I have been using greens + as a safety net in case I do not get all my vitamins, is the opinion the same for multi-minerals? If so is there a product that anyone recommends? Now I am not using these in place of veggies and fruits or healthy eating, just as a safety net to ensure fulfillment of all required vitamins and minerals.

I still take a multi and some vitamin C just in case. I have been using Garden of Life's "Living Multi" and "Living Vitamin C".

Jeff, not to purposely plug myself, however, you can go to my website to read articles about and browse among multis and other supplements that are whole-food based.

So the body only absorbs the harmful synthetic products such as pesticides and the healthy synhetic products such a vitamins don't get absorbed?

Charlie Jackson has a point. A molecule is a molecule. If the exact formula is unabsorbable, its source is irrelevant just as the source of an absorbable molecule is irrelevant. Chemistry has nothing to do with personal values or aesthtic judgments.
