Just wondering how many fat blocks people add when cooking with olive oil. For example, my typical breakfast includes sauteing mushrooms, onions, and spinach in 2 tsp olive oil (6 fat blocks) then adding 1 cup egg beaters (4 protein blocks). In previous threads, I have seen people say to:
1. Cook with as little as possible and then add your fat blocks after (not counting what you are cooking with).
2. Only count 1/2 the fat blocks (in my case 3 fat blocks) that you cook with
But since the eggs are cooked in the same pan as the olive oil with veggies (it is not practical to use two pans) it seems like I should be counting all 6 fat blocks.
