when to go hard, slow down, and stop

awesome article on goals, training cycles, etc... good, easy to understand, practical advice that those of us with jobs, kids, and other things in our life besides training would be wise to follow.

If you haven't read his book "Never Let Go" I highly recommend it...it's beauty is its simplicity and no BS logic...
