Metcon this morning and then overhead work tonight

Modified Helen straight up (ie. Pure hell)
36 pullups (broken 10/10/6/4/6)
63 kettlebell swings 62kb (broken 20/20/23)
1 mile run (walk/jogged)
Done in 24:56

Zero energy today. Little sleep this week and probably too much bourbon has caught up I think

Overhead work with Adam at slinkfit tonight

Haha Iwill on Monday. Im guessing around 550x3 right now. There was a time I was around 600x3.
