In the blizzard of the century again in Wisconsin. Hotel had no driver so I had no way to get to the gym. So I did what I could here by making up some workouts

Metcon 1 - 5 Rounds
1:15 second run on treadmill
10 dips between pool chairs
5 handstand pushups

Done in 10:13

Metcon 2 - Box jump onto the nightstand in the room(~30")/situp ladder
10 situps/1 box jump
...
1 situp/10 box jumps

Done in 10:03

Good enough to get me winded and moving. Can't wait to actually squat though...

Back squat

475x5
225x10 oly style
All beltless

Good mornings
135x8
225x8
315x8
All beltless

Metcon 3 round
10 kb swings 26lbs each hand
5 med ball pushups
10 med ball slams 20 lb ball

Then run/walked a half mile
Did one minute on/one off

Db complex w/ 40 lb each hand
Rdl x 5
Bent row x 5
Db clean x 5
Oh press x 5
Front squat x 5
60 second run

Done in 8:46

Seated med ball twists 10 lb
3x10 each way

Good workout and a decent gym for a hotel

Lol well to be honest I've made up a few of them. I'm back from training so things should settle a bit and ill be back in a routine.

Dropped down for clean tech work
Full clean From hang

Run 400m
Dl 225 x 30
Run 800m
Dl 225 x 20
Run 1200m
Dl 225 x 10

Done in 26:22. Ran/walked the 800 and 1200 which is why my time was so slow. That sucked...
