Angie's Workout Log

Okay, this might be exactly what I've been looking for.
I really want to keep track of my progress and get support from fellow Crossfitters, especially women. I am usually the only one at our Crossfit gym in the morning ...oh crud. Baby is crying. I will continue this later but I HAVE to put my times in before I get distracted again.....

Re: Angie's Workout Log

2 days off... didnt have any kid-free time (mom of 3! YIKES), so today it was Michael. I didnt time it for this reason...
This kind of workout doesnt do it for me. I didnt push myself, just kind of went through the motions...kind of jogged the 800, 50 situps and extensions arent hard for me and I didnt really GO FOR IT. Now, anything 21-15-9 or Fight Gone Bad... THATS what I like. I like the hard sprint, I guess, even though Im terrible at it.
Anyway, Im going to try and get after it tomorrow. Its funny how in love with Crossfit I am...2 days and I feel like Im going through some kind of withdrawl!!!

Re: Angie's Workout Log

Angie! So glad you're here.

I hear you on Michael...I like the sprinting workouts as well...and I don't just mean running. Usually the stuff you like tho is the stuff you're good at...and I'm absolutely horrible at running...and anything that involves sustained endurance. Leave it to Xfit to point out your weaknesses...

What do you mean by shoulder dislocates? Passthroughs? How did you hurt your shoulder?

Welcome aboard! I love doing my log everyday - keeps me honest and seeing all the awesome chicks on here keeps me motivated too.
A dislocated shoulder doesn't sound too flash though.

Re: Angie's Workout Log

Erin- Glad you wrote! Ive been reading some of your posts!
Im sure the Pass Through is the same thing as the Shoulder Dislocates. Its such a weird pain and place I can hardly describe. I played volleyball for about 15 years and NEVER had a shoulder problem. Of course I didnt do this many pullups and hadnt even heard of a Headstand pushup!! Whatever. Its not gonna stop me from doing Crossfit!! Were you an athlete in college? Did you do the back squats today?
