Spring Lake 5 Mile Run

I've been following CF and CF Endurance training for Olympic Triathlons. I ran my first race today, the Spring Lake 5 Mile Run at the good ol' Jersey Shore.

Historically I'm a 8-minute-mile guy, today: 37:47. A PR.

I've run this race for 10 years straight. That means I'm 10 years older. This was my fastest time yet. On less training. (Longest run in the past 3 months was 6 miles, otherwise all 400s, 800s and 1 Mile TT) Knees feel good. Something's working... 'Nough said.

Long live CF and CFE!!
