I am moving back to Denver next week. Have been training at CrossFit San Diego for the last three months i have been here and have learned a ton (anyone thinking about joining CFSD should definately do it! it's an amazing facility, it's huge, and the price is very reasonable!). anyway, does anyone know of any gyms that have OL set-ups? not going to join a CF gym because i can't justify the price since they all have limited class schedules which dont work with my work schedule. any suggestions?

Don't write off Front Range CrossFit. Skip is quitting his day job and opening the CrossFit Gym full time soon (Looks like early morning classes after Memorial Day)

Skip does a great job at Front Range Crossfit, but if that doesn't work try Denver Athletic Club. It's pricey, but one of their trainers competes at the national and international level and they have a pretty good platform set-up.
