Did Lynne today:
81 total reps (PR!) @ 185lbs

Bench: 10-9-8-6-6 39 total
Pullups: 10-10-8-8-6 42 total

Last (and first) time was 59 total, with 35 reps bp, and 24 pullups, so obviously a ton of improvement in pullups in the last month and a half.

This may have been partially because I was alternating sets with a friend, and so rested longer this time around.

I've been without internet for the past few days, and in addition to moving my stuff (and that of all the freshmen), which was itself a workout, I snuck in two workouts, last night and tonight:

Last night-

Shoulder press 8/95, 6/115, 3/4/135,
Weighted dips - 3/8/45lbs
Weighted pullups - 1/6/45lbs

Tonight-
Squat 8/185, 6/225, 4/225
Stretching for the hammies
Pullups, 8 wide, 21 kipping

Also did some overhead squats with an empty bar and handstand practice against a wall each night.

Bunch of random stuff, fun stuff today.

Tried clapping pullups, got three.
Behind the neck pullups.
True 1-arm negative pullups.
L-sit pullups.
Normal floor L-sits.
Empty bar OHSQs.
Frog stand.
Light rowing.
etc.
One more light day tomorrow and then I'm back on schedule with the WoDs!

I tried incorporating a wave set into the workout, to great effect, I'll try to use them more often from now on.

Then 2000 m row-
7:45.5 pr! previous best = 7:50.9

I actually wasn't planning on setting a pr here, my first 1000 m took 4 minutes, but I killed the last 200 meters, and finished with a huge negative split!

Well, I was on a mission today:

500 meter row - 1:24.0

Mission accomplished.

Had a little sit-down with 'pukie' afterwards, so I'm going to call it quits on the rowing pr's for a little while, but I had a good run these past couple of days.

Two workouts today:

Morning -
Front squat 2/3/95, 3/3/135
Dumbbell row 4/7/50
Shrug 2/6/185, 2/5/185
Back Extensions 1/10

Afternoon -
Cindy - 10 rounds + 5 pullups

The sticking point in Cindy was all the pushups, I think because I did nine sets of bench yesterday..., my performance is only up the 5 pullups from July 12th, but I think if I was 100% fresh I could have busted out at least a full 11, if not more.
