I couldn't really tell, but I think I pressed a little bit at the end of these. No harm-no foul though.

Pretty light squat day, in spite of doing two triples with 95% of my former PR, which technically makes it a pretty heavy day... oh well.

Squat-
60%x3
70%x3
80%x3
95%x3x2

A little sore from Sunday, but all the reps were solid. Thursday is deadlifts, then Saturday is squat, so I have a couple of days to rest my legs.

Those last four sets were TOUGH! Only a couple more heavy days until my new 1RM!

Still a pretty hard workout, I really attacked the first two work-sets, so it was a struggle on the last three sets, but all my reps were clean, if not pretty. Two more heavy squat days, Wednesday and Friday, and then I'll set my new max over Thanksgiving break.

Second to last heavy squat day,

95%x3x4 (but on the last set I tested myself, and successfully got 4 reps. This is good because friday I'll be doing 95%x4x3, hopefully).
