Ever notice how the few minutes leading up to a WOD are some of the most uh... sphincter-loosening moments out there? Doesn't matter if I've already gone beforehand, right before the WOD, my GI tract stages a rebellion.

What's the deal?

Same thing happens to me pre-workout.

I think much of it has to do with the coffee consumption

Used to happen to me before my first race at a track meet. Now the body sheds everything as soon as I wake up, so I'm good by workout time.
