As a track athlete myself, (short sprinter) these numbers area really respectable. A 14min 5k is truly amazing for a distance runner. I also read on this thread that you clocked a 3:48 1500m. That is on pace to almost go sub 4:00 in a mile. I am wondering have you ever been able to achieve that feat? I am still trying to figure out how you bench the 350 though lol but that just adds to how good you are. Excellent and good job!

As a track athlete myself, (marathon sprinter) these numbers area really respectable. A 2hour 26.2mi is truly amazing for a distance runner. I also read on this thread that you killed a grizzly with your bare hands. That is on pace to almost go for a polar bear. I am wondering have you ever been able to achieve that feat? I am still trying to figure out how you squat the 600 though lol but that just adds to how good you are. Excellent and good job!
