Crossfit RX Pre-WOD w/Jud & Amy Run 1 Mile 150 Double Unders 75 Situps 50 Clusters #85 75 Situps 150 Double Unders Run 1 Mile Time: ~45 minutes WOD Metcon (AMRAP 15) 15 Box Jump Overs 24″ 12 Ring Dips 9 Power Cleans 155# Rounds + Reps: 4 + 4 Notes: RXed workout. Finished 6 out of 20 on the whiteboard. Was a little pre-exhausted from the first Metcon, but happy to do the ring dips unassisted. My first time doing medium/high volume ring dips in a Metcon without a band. |

Crossfit RX WOD Metcon (Time) 3 Rounds 500m Row 25 Sit-ups 20 DB Push Presses 35# 15 Deadlifts 205# Time: 17:15 Notes: RXed workout. Finished 14 out of 29 on the whiteboard. Push presses were very slow. I believe that was the limiting factor and why I finished outside of the top ten. |

AC was off in the gym and legs were fried, so I went easy on the box squat weight. The power cleans felt good. Practicing barbell cycling on power cleans. |
