need a good website or any helpful tips; I usually workout without a partner and feel comfortable with clean and jerk but finding difficulty coordinating the snatch. I have trouble just doing the OHS with a 45 lb bb. Thanks for any tips

A couple of things (I'm sure others more experienced will add more)

Start with a broomstick or pvc pipe and learn the movement. Add it to your warm up and do it regularly.

What Mark said, plus do lots more of the OHS. Once you get proficient in the OHS, the snatch will be a lot easier.

In addition to the video, Lincoln (above me) wrote an article detailing the warm-up in one of Dan John's Get Up newsletters. I'm not great at the snatch, but that article got me singlehandedly moving from clueless to solid practice sessions. You should give it a look if you haven't already.

Try watching the Olympic lifting section on Coach Hatch goes over the snatch pretty well...he leaves out some of the assistant exercises like hang snatch, drop snatch etc., but it is a great demonstration and explanation of the snatch. Check it out and then post and ask any questions you have about any particular areas you are having with the lift.

Just one minor error with the article. The photo for the shrug (step 1) was the same one used for the shrug and pull (step 2). For the shrug, the arms will remain straight.
