Well sort of. This is what I did today. I thought "shouldn't be too hard." Thought I'd do 3 or 4 rounds but wussed out with just one. :-(

1 minute of each with minimal rest between sets:

pullups, situps, air squats, pushups. Finished with

30 pullups (a new PR for me, yay!)
37 situps (wimpy, I know)
43 squats (thought I could hit 60:crybaby0:) and
33 pushups(shouldn't have saved these for last.)

My arms were burning and my legs felt like jello, especially since I also maxed with 185 backsquat (190 with assistance, phooey!) beforehand.

This was a little tougher than I thought!

Awesome work Veronica and congrats on the pullup pr! I've been thinking about short intense workouts like that lately but can't continue for a whole minute for pullups and pushups yet. I'll keep working on it and eventually hope to replace both with muscleups. Maybe in a couple years ;)

thanks guys. It was quite "killer" I could probably have done more 1minute sets of situps and squats, put pullups and pushups were pretty tough already.

Oops! I skipped over the "one minute of each with minimal rest between sets" line when I read it the first time... Now I realize my post sounded a little slow...

But...that means... it's a 4 minute WOD!

Skylar,

I guess you're right. I was hoping to make it a 8 or 12 minute WOD, but chickened out. :whistling:

When you do pull-ups in a minute, are you doing pull-ups continuously for a minute, or do you try to do the maximum number you can in a minute (with the minute including some time resting off the bar or just hanging)? 60 seconds of continuous pull-ups is a looong time (to me anyway).

I never let go of the bar on pullups. After 20 or so, it felt like forever!
