The Hyper Vest PRO can be loaded with additional weights. Look for the 5 lb booster packs and the sizing chart that shows how much each size can hold. www.hyperwear.comYOU MUST ANNOTATE ALL LINKS WHETHER WORK AND FAMILY SAFE. If you are running, it is the best and you will not need to get it that heavy.
