Question equipment

Hi,

I also like to do Crossfit workouts at home. But the only equipment I have are a TRX Training System, Perfect Pushup, Pullup/Dip tower, and some kettlebells.

What workouts can I do?

Thanks,
Jake

Re: equipment

In the FAQs on the main page there are a ton of substitutions for many of the equipment heavy workouts. you should be able to follow most of the workouts with what you have and some of those subs

Re: equipment

You can also do Cindy, Angie, Murph, TSE, Barbara, and alot of others as rx'd, but I second what Jason said.

Well, I was going to refer you to the Exercises and Demos section of the main page under Named WOD's but Angie and Murph arent there; so I'll go off the top of my head:

"Angie"
100 Pullups
100 Pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats

For time: you have to complete 100 of each event before moving to the next event

"Murph"
Run 1 mile
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

For time:

If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it; partition the pullups, pushups and squats as needed

Of course, you would scale or sub to your appropriate ability and/or experience

Another way to deal with this is to search YouTube. Many (if not most) of the WODs are up there in video form, usually with some sort of up-front description. Plus, of course, you get the entertainment and educational value of the videos themselves.

For example (all wfs):

Angie : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVhdRi2QJkE

and Murph: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUFEjp7ag_I

Best,

Mark
