Thrusters
I was doing a workout today that involved some thrusters, which has always been my most hated exercise. Then, towards the very end I started pressing the bar then catching it on the way down in the front squat position (sort of like a clean or the way you catch a wall ball shot). My question is if this is legal, or if you have to receive the bar in a stand position then front squat, or if you can receive the bar while dropping in a front squat. Thanks in advance.

Re: Thrusters
Actively pulling the bar and yourself into the FS - is legit.
Range of motion is not affected, weights stay the same, time goes down - you're doing more work in less time - that's what CF is all about! |
