i didnt download, rip or upload it on the site, just posting a link. the veoh site is theonly spot where someone can be taged for anything, there own fault for not takin it down... till then i get all jacked watchin it :P

Yeah but showing a crazed lunatic how he could take down a skyscraper would be illegal, even though you "didn't do it". It's just CYA for the mods here.

Just because some nimrod posts the material online somewhere doens't mean we have to go about advertising it on this site. Think of the ramnifications of someone posting all of the CrossFit Journals available for download for free without Greg and Lauren's permission? (This has been done before, btw).

This was so wrong even I had to take action. Additionally, leaving a mess and casually expecting others to clean up after you is insulting. Like we don't have other important things to.

I don't control the status of peoples' memberships on the boards. Lynne does, though. Your days may be numbered. If you DO have a future on this board, some common sense would be appreciated.

Non moderators cannot delete their own posts, and we can only edit them for a short period of time after the original post. So it's difficult to meet that expectation.

paul thanks for the point. i did try and delete after the fuss but there was a no go

ryan sry this caused any troubles, did not think that it was going to blow up like that. please go ahead and delete this thread. i apologize for the post and will not post any material of the sort anymore.

but on my own defense, i would like to point out that there has been posts of other health and fitness journals ( not crossfit) and clips from tvs shows and movies linked out of these forums without any broohaha. again i apologize that you feel this way, all i thought was that i was sharing a link. did not mean any harm by it.
