Carb nite is your answer.
I dropped 14 lbs in 6 weeks and I am in wedding suit shape! Oly lifting is now hitting a plateau. As carbs are now bare minimum. After the I do, Carbs will bumped up to a real expectation . |

Potatoes (white) came out to just over 7 lbs.
Apples = 10.6 lbs, and that would include 482g of sugar.... doesn't matter when you get sugar from it is still sugar. I understand that apples have other health benefits but they might be slightly outweighed at 482 grams. |

What kind of competition is this? Understand that dropping over 20lbs by August will require a severe deficit of calories. Your performance will suffer greatly.
