Howdy All,

My work schedule doesn't allow for me to do the WOD everyday, or even on a set schedule (such as 5 days on, 2 days off).

How should I attempt to follow the WODs?

Should I just do the WOD that is posted on the day I can workout?

Or should I try to follow WODs in succession even if they aren't on back to back days?

my schedule is very confusing going from night to day shifts, weekdays to weekends. one suggestion is to go to the main xfit site and you can look at the monthly archives, print out an entire month of wods and just start marching through. of course you cant post your results but you could keep those on your own.

I'm in a similar situation, working full-time and going to law school at night. Schedules vary and I can't always go to whichever gym has the equipment I need. I'm also doing Coach Rut's ME template so I need to allow for that.

Solution: I go to the CF homepage first, and do the oldest WOD I can still post results for. I think posting results adds motivation.

If there's nothing on the homepage that works for me (e.g., my only chance to work out will be at the office gym with a few dumbbells, pullup bar and a rower) I go to Coach Rut's blog and do his oldest WOD, and post results there. Coach Rut's workouts are a little lower-tech and stay up for a month, so there's always something that works.
