deadlift form check(24 sec vid)

Safe for work link, 24 seconds

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fJWu01Eo2jg

Weight is 125lbs. Two 45lbs plates + bar.

I'd appreciate any feedback as I am truly a newbie

Not bad, but bar should be set all the way down after each rep. And keep your head in line with your upper body, not craned up. Your form is good enough for you to start going progressively heavier.

Alright thanks a lot for the feedback. I think I tend to crane my neck up to avoid a rounded back.

Craning your neck shouldn't have anything to do with rounding your back.
