I'm not sure if you notice but you dont seeem to attempt to maintain spinal extension (a straight back) on the descent. You should also be carefull about exhaling at the top, wait until you've put the bar down to exhale. Its just as possible to hurt yourself on the way down so you need the support that comes from holding your breath.

Re: deadlift check please

Head down so your neck is in neutral alignment with your body--remember your traps attach at the base of your neck so you don't want your neck angled up awkwardly when you're pulling something heavy off the ground (or when you're squatting, since that'll kill your hip drive). Pick a spot on the floor about 6-8ft in front of you and look at that during your setup--that'll keep your chin tucked where it needs to be.

Improving hip and hamstring mobility will help you get in a setup position easier and maintain a tight lower back.

Re: deadlift check please

scale the weight back to where you can maintain lumbar extension throughout the lift. Gradually increase over time maintaining good form. Push your feet through the ground instead of pulling on the bar, if you know what I mean. The way you are lifting is an injury waiting to happen...

+1,000,000

Lighten it up and work on technique. Be just as thoughtful on how you RETURN the weight to the floor to how you LIFT the weight up. Watch your video again...your back position here more rounded then the ascent.
