Squat success

I hit 305 for 5 today (actually two sets of five). First time going over 300 on my squat.

I know for a lot of people on here, that's nothing. But I'm pretty happy.

I have not done a one rep max in a long time. I'm curious what it is now.

Re: Squat success

I weigh 220 so I should be able to squat more, but it will come.

Edit to original post - I actually meant to say in my original post that it was my first time hitting the 300 pound mark, not the first time going over 300 pounds. I wouldn't write a testimonial about a 5 pound increase.

Re: Squat success

Congrats Andrew. 305 lbs for 5 is huge. That is actually my goal, to hit 300x5 on my working sets. Don't worry about how this stacks up in the CF community. They call these goals PRs for a reason. They are your personal record, not someone else's. Great job
