Progress - Thanks Coach!

I wanted to thank CrossFit for changing my entire outlook. I have cleaned up the way I eat, I exercise religiously following the mainpage WOD's 3 on 1 off, and this stuff really gets results. The first image is me at 237 lbs (I started at 256 but was too scared to take pictures of that). My waist was 42 before I started, diet was terrible, and I didn't exercise. Now my waist is 32 at the navel, I can do about 95% all of the wod's as rx'd, and I keep breaking PR's

This is this afternoon at 184.8. I still have some work to do, but I'm pretty happy with the results so far.

I started picking and choosing like an idiot in about august of last year. Switched to following mainpage consistently at about the beginning of October last year. I did lose a bunch of the weight with bodybuilder crap workouts and what I thought was a better diet before making the full switch to crossfit/zone/paleo though.

Dude! That is an awesome transformation. Good job. Hard work, paitience and TIME is what it takes to complete a change like that.

That's awesome work, Nick. How tall are you? What kind of diet did you follow? Paleo, Zone, or something of your own making?

Wow! That's some amazing progress. I'm always amazed at how much dropping massive amounts of body fat ends up changing the face. Keep it up and keep us posted!
