switching wod's

I am currently a day behind on WOD's and I am curious if I could be able to switch yesterday's workout with today's workout without there being any problems. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Re: switching wod's

The world won't end i swear! Yes it's totally fine. I you plan on following the Main Page WOD's then don't make a habit of it, but there really is no problem in doing that.
