Rock on. Very solid.

I'm only a couple away from 40. Being able to do 50, you might as well just start doing pullups for cardio; 50 must feel like you're on the bar forever. Echoing the question about grip... did you chalk, tape, gloves, etc? Again, big congrats.

I chalked my hands, emptied my pockets, put some chalk on the bar, and used some of Pavel's strength stretching beforehand. BTW when I started crossfit I could only do 20 or so consecutive. I also did the pullups on a smaller bar than I usually use. I usually do them on a fat bar, definently helped.

Am I the only one who doesn't have trouble hanging onto the bar? Maybe it's a symptom of the higher repetitions that I haven't gotten to yet.

I used to until I started working my grip with farmers walks and fat bar pullups. I also started using COC grippers and KB swings.

And I guess I've gotten some help from all the one-arm work I've done in the past. I guess it makes some sense

I was actually surprised when I learned that KB swings were supposed to work the grip.

Great work Jason. I am hoping to get to those reps in a year or so. Right now my max is around 26. Inspiring.
