205 and 20

My goal was to weigh 205 by Easter (I weighed 230.5 in January), and get back to being able to to do 20 unbroken pull-ups.

I had let my eating slip, and was not working out consistantly over the last almost two years. I would make the excuse that my almost two year old son had something to do with that...but I don't make excuses.

Anyway, in January I started following the Primal Blueprint way of eating, and in February joined CrossFit Counter Culture (local box).

March 16th I hit 20 unbroken pull-ups for the first time in a long time. It was on the first set of pull-ups in Barbara.

I weighed myself today (Easter), and weighed in at 204.

Feels good to reach goals. Now on to set new ones.

Congrats! What did you do with that weight you took off? I could use a little of it, if you don't mind. 'Bout 20 pounds or so.

Awesome results, especially in such a short time. Feels good to do what you set out to do, doesn't it? Keep it up it, from the looks of things you will probably have a few more goals to hit this year.
