I am a day behind so I did:
Three rounds for time of:
45 pound Thruster, 50 reps
35 Pull-ups

Today 06-28-2007. I am a bone head because I did not remember the weight for the thruster nor did I remember the scale for dumbells. So I did the first round with 40lb d-bells and the 2nd and third with 35lb d-bells. What is the scale weight for this when you only have d-bells? I am beat.

I don't know if there is an "official" scale version to dumbbells. Around 80% of the barbell weight is usually a pretty safe scale. What you did was about as close as you can come.
