Still getting into trying the different WODs and God knows i'm not anywhere near the reps or weight but using Barbara as an example, 4 weeks ago when I first tried it I collapsed in a heap after round #2 thinking I was gonna puke. Now in week 4 my reps have more than doubled, my recovery time is much faster, and best of all I didn't feel like I was gonna puke until I finished round #4. Best of all my cardio has increased across the board just from the WODs which is amazing. I never thought that these types of exercises could have such an impact on raw aerobic capacity. And when I look into the mirror I can almost see the end results down the road.
Loving It !!!!!!!!!! |
