Re: Buying a CrossFit Box - Advice/Opinions

Hi Troy,

There's a lot to consider.

More details would be helpful.

Are you purchasing as a going concern?
Are members under contract or not?
Do you have a sales and purchase agreement already?
Is there an agent involved?
Is there an after sale involvement and any earnout?
What due diligence have you done?
Do you have a specialist accountant and / or lawyer looking at it with you, or are you going it alone.

Re: Buying a CrossFit Box - Advice/Opinions

I sold one successfully, both for myself to exit and the new owners to succeed.

Need a few more details.

My box was about 90 members and a cash deal.

Skip, who is on here regularly, sold one of his big gyms with a lot more members and used SBA financing.

What are your questions?
