Did my first muscleup today on about my second time out with the elite rings, which are unbelievable. I cannot even begin to thank Coach and Lauren enough, to say nothing of the many others that make this program and community what it is. In my first WOD one year ago, I crumpled into a heap underneath the pullup bar and vowed never to try such a stupid workout ever again. Since then, I have (while utilizing only the WOD's and no specific training) deadlifted double body weight, clean and jerked bodyweight, and pulled off that most surprising muscleup. All this while dropping around 25 lbs. My last Helen was around 11 minutes. Keep the koolaid coming.

Bradford,

That very impressive progress! I'm envious. I think its time for me to buy some rings. Keep up the good work!
