Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

my wife and i really dig these workouts, she was worried about doing handstand push ups, but our trainer and i spotted her and she did great. functional training rules! i would rather do turkish get ups all day long than do "dumb" bell curls. love the high intensity crossfit rules

You'll be loving the functional movements, right up until you've puked. Then it'll be too late, and you will really be hooked.
